When are Refunds Issued?
You can request a refund within the first 14 days of starting your subscription.
To be eligible for a refund, zero (0) scans must have been performed on your account. If system resources have been utilized, no refunds can be issued.
If the service was completely undeliverable due to major technical failures on our platform.
